Oct 29: US Census - AES Mandatory Filing and Process
As announced June 2, 2008 Mandatory Filing of SEDs via AES is in effect as of July 2, 2008. Although there is a 90 day grace period, shippers need to be in compliance or risk a $10,000 PER TRANSACTION penalty. This seminar is presented by Jerry Greenwell, US Census and his Compliance Team with an AES PClink Demonstration. Mohawk Global Logistics will provide the forwarder's perspective and assistance available.
