The company’s move to the former site of the iconic Changing Scene restaurant comes after its acquisition of Rochester-based Omni-ID’s Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) Solutions Group earlier this year.

The IIoT Solutions team based in Rochester is part of Panasonic Industrial Devices Sales Company of America and provides material flow management solutions to the manufacturing industry. With a unique combination of e-label “View” tags and software, The solution replaces paper-based material flow processes with digital solutions – creating “smart materials”- a cornerstone of IIoT and the fourth industrial revolution.
